How a repair with Celco runs
- Tell us the make, model and fault By phone, in person, or when you call in with the device. If you are not sure what is wrong, describe what you are seeing — that is usually enough to narrow it down.
- Get a quote, a part answer and a timeframe We tell you the price, whether the part is in stock at the shop or needs ordered in, and how long we would need the phone.
- Confirm before any work starts Repairs go ahead only once you are happy with the estimate. If something unexpected turns up, we come back to you for a decision.
- Collection, with the work tested We check the repair on the device — display, touch, charging, cameras, sound and buttons as far as the job allows — and you can check it yourself before you leave.
